The marketing plan for “Miami Hispanic Cultural Art Center” will entail a variety of traditional and online media approaches and they will include the logos, names, web site and in the case of interviews the mention of all the major sponsors:
Radio Stations and Programs: Our approach with local radio stations will include interviews and ticket giveaways in addition to submitting the program to their on air and/ or online calendars. This will include 89.7 Classical South Florida, Univision Radio Florida Amor 107.5, WQBA 1140 AM, Radio Mambi WAQI 710 AM, Radio Paz WACC 830 AM, Radio Caracol 1260 AM and others.
Television Programs: Our approach with local television stations in English and Spanish will include interviews and ticket giveaways and listing the program on their online web sites’ calendar. Univision 23, Telefutura 69, CBS 4 (WFOR-TV), My 33 WBFS TV, America TeVe 41, GenTV Canal 8, Canal Sur and others.
Print Media: Our approach with print media will include at least a quarter page print ad and online listings when available in the following citywide and local newspapers/ magazines: Selecta Magazine, The Miami Herald, El Nuevo Herald, Diario LasAmericas, and others.
Social Networks: Our approach with online media and social networks will include: Posting ads in Facebook Group Pages with related topics such Miami Ballet, Ballet, Cuban Ballet among other key words and interests. We will start our own Facebook Group Page, Twitter and YouTube with videos of previous performances and other related topics. In addition the names, logos and links of all sponsors will be listed in these sites and others whenever possible.
Online Media/ Web sites: Our approach with online media will include ads on internet sites geared towards entertainment in the Miami Dade and Miami Beach areas and they will include: Miamiherald.com, Diariodelasamerica.com, Newtimes.com, Elnuevoheraldo.com and also in our website: www.hispanicculturalartcenter.org
Direct Mail and E-Mail Blasts:b Our approach with direct mail and E-mail blasts will include posters and postcards to target groups such as: Cuban Owned Business & association/ hotels, Dance schools, Arts Programs in Universities, Local Churches, and Synagogues etc.
